    Jarek Dolák is one of the founders of SVCS Group, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer located in the “Czech Silicon Valley” in the north-east part of the country, where most of the Czech semiconductor device production is located. He graduated as computer science engineer at Brno Technical University and after “velvet revolution” in Czechoslovakia jumped with only a little experience into entrepreneurship – from software development through international trading finally to semiconductor industry. Jarek is a proud father of two adult daughters and his hobby is enology – travelling for good wine worldwide.

    Alena Fomina is general director of JSC «CRI «Electronics» - unique information-analytical center of domestic and foreign electronics, which coordinates enterprises and organizations of radioelectronics in the fields of economy, science and technology policy and international cooperation. Under the guidance of Alena «CSRI «Electronika» has received the status of head research institute of electronic industry and now implements key industry strategic projects, including the introduction of a unified information-analytical system and integration of four major industrial holdings into Rostec Corporation support. In addition, Alena Fomina is a professor at the NNIU MEPhI and Saint-Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation. In the course of her scientific and teaching activity Alena Fomina generates strategic personnel reserve and training perspective specialists for industry. The results of Alena’s scientific research in the field of strategic management, medium- and long-term forecasting, development of industrial economy and management of business processes are reflected and published in 12 monographs and more than 50 scientific works. The index of Hirsha for Alena Fomina reached the value of 20. Alena Fomina is a corresponding member of the Academy of Military Sciences. Scientific articles with its co-authorship are regularly published in foreign scientific publications indexed in the largest international database Scopus. The scientific works with the participation of Alena Fomina were winners of the All-Russian Innovative Public Competition for the best textbook, manual and monograph monograph (with indexation in Russian Scientific Citation Index), as well as the contest "Golden Pen."

    Joachim Ludwig studied at the Friedrich-Schiller University in Jena technology of scientific instrument construction. At the beginning of the 90s Mr. Ludwig founded his own part-time engineering office. In 1995 he took the step into self-employment. Since then, more than 10 patent-protected applications and a multitude of publications in the trade press have emerged. In addition to his demanding work, he is active in several standardization committees. Particularly noteworthy here is his commitment to standardization in cleanroom technology, where he has, among other things, since 1990, the VDI 2083 guideline on cleanroom and cleanliness suitability. In 2012, he earned his diploma as a technology entrepreneur in St. Gallen. Joachim Ludwig is co-founder of the German Cleanroom Institute e. V. and is active in other national and international networks such as SEMI and ELMUG.
